• The Young Scholars of ScAIEM Network – Organizing research workshops and networking activities for PhD Candidates and junior PhDs of the IEM field. “By young scholars, for young scholars”.  
• The ScAIEM Heads of Department Summit – Exclusively for Department Heads. Focusing on academic development and common challenges of the IEM field in the Nordic region.
• The IEM Program Directors Council – Addressing issues on content, form, and development of the BSc and MSc educational programs of IEM. 
• The Heads of Doctoral Education Council – Sharing experiences and addressing common issues within Nordic PhD education. 
• The ScAIEM Seed Money Grant for Nordic Collaboration – ScAIEM convenes seed money grants enhancing Nordic collaboration between scholars of the ScAIEM community
